This page describes what this website does with your information. It is short because the site does very little.

What this site collects

Two things, and you control both. If you fill in the booking form, we get what you typed. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics records which pages get read. There is no account system, no newsletter signup and no advertising pixel, and nothing else on these pages is recorded by us.

Standard web server logs may record an IP address and a browser user agent as part of serving a page, in the same way every website on the internet does. We do not use those logs to identify or profile anyone.

Cookies, and how to refuse them

This site can set two cookies, both belonging to Google Analytics, named _ga and _ga_C5CXLWG3ZT. They tell us which pages are read and how people move between them. They do not tell us who you are.

They are not set unless you accept them. The analytics script is not requested at all until you choose, and declining means it is never loaded, so declining leaves you with no cookies rather than one. Your choice is remembered in your browser's own storage rather than in a cookie. You can change it at any time.

The booking form

If you use the form on the booking page, it asks for your name and phone number, optionally your email, which service you are asking about and a description of the job. That goes to us so we can call you back about your pool. We use it for that and nothing else, we do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone who is not working on your job.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission is from a person rather than a script. It is used only to decide whether to accept the submission.

Third parties this site loads

Two, and they are named here rather than described in the abstract. Google Analytics loads only if you accept it, as described above. Cloudflare provides the hosting and a page performance measurement that runs on every page; measured on this site it sets no cookies. No other third party is loaded on these pages.

What happens when you call us

If you call 239-450-5933, we keep whatever you tell us about your pool so we can do the work: your name, how to reach you, the address of the property and the details of the job. We use it to quote and carry out that work and for nothing else. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to anyone who is not working on your job.

Fonts and images

Fonts are self-hosted on this domain, so loading a page does not send a request to a font provider. Images are served from this domain.

Changes to this page

This page previously said the site had no contact form, no analytics and no cookies. That was true when it was written and stopped being true when analytics and the booking form were added, and it was not corrected at the time. It was rewritten in September 2026 once that was found. We would rather say that plainly here than quietly change the wording.
